Responsibilities:
•Create solutions for specific projects and present recommendations.
•Works alongside with other data center team members to determine the technical goals and works with stakeholders to refine those goals into executable objectives.
•Managing network growth and development.
•Monitoring and reporting on network performance and usage.
•Responsible for configuring and managing for Cisco's Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
•Designs network infrastructure for ensuring effective and efficient networking systems.
•Worked on the development and integration of new Wi-Fi network systems to increase efficiency, security and quality.
•Troubleshot and fixed any Wi-Fi connectivity, authentication, and coverage problematic issues and provided beneficial support to clients.
•Working closely with ISP to monitor and optimize the WAN connectivity between different locations.
•Research on trends products and equipment for recommending procedures and/or purchases.
•Trains other District staff (primarily within the technology area) for the purpose of ensuring their ability to use new existing operating systems and application software.
•Providing on-site and remote technical assistance.
