• Conducting/Coordinating all necessary procurement in the project including public tenders.
• Coordinate and ensure that all project related purchases are reviewed and approved by the project manager.

• Assist in arrangements of delivery and distribution in appropriate quantities of project supplies.
• Provide logistic support to the local partner in order to ensure storing, distribution and receipts of all supplies in the right places, in right quantities at the right time.
• Provide operational support, advice, and supervise logistics arrangements to facilitate efficient ordering, receipts, storage and distribution of required items.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement.
• Prepares procurement files for internal and external audits according to TdH rules and regulations.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor compliance with the policies and procedures.
• Focal point and in charge of all public authorities communication including the issuance of work permits for non-Jordanian team members, tax exemptions and official communication with relevant ministries.
• Focal point of all procurement and logistic arrangements with the local partner.
Working under the 'Jordan Independent Economy Watch' project.
