Thayyem Field acting Superintendent, responsible on all Thayyem fields Production activities & facilities (25, 000 bpd) in Thayyem Rutba, Thayyem Miocene, Ashola & Nishan Oil Fields. responsible on Fields Production, HR, Safety, technical Integrity, maintenance, Budgeting and overall Fields Performance, Managing 20, 000 BOPD, US$ 45, 000, 000 Yearly OPEX, 15, 000, 000 CAPEX, 450 staff, responsible on overall management, Contracts Monitoring& managing in Thayyem fields area, keeping KPI at highest level.
Responsible on Company Business Planning, Production Planning, CMMS IMMpower System, Maintenance Planning, Shut/Down Planning, Integrated Operational Planning, Integrated Production Planning, Contract controlling & planning, Budget planning, Key Performance Indicators of all plans, Overall AFPC Budget review and Budget tracking, Auditing& Planning, Materials coordination and Controlling, Feedback to Company Score & Business Plan Performance.
Direct response on Yearly fields Budget# US$ 200, 000, 000 Opex, US$ 90, 000, 000 Capex, & US$ 75, 000, 000 Projects & engineering, Supervising 40 staff.
Support production facility (240, 000 bpd) in Deir Ezzor, Syria. Planning responsibility Company yearly Business plan, Maintenance Planning, Shut/Down Planning, tracking and analyzing Field Key Performance Indicators. Responsible on training of all AFPC and Shell Planners “on using IMMPower CMMS R.4, Business Object, and Crystal reporting” Supervising 30 staff.
Responsible for running all Beam Pumping, ESP Electric Submersible Pumping wells in AFPC, Including Programming calculations, Installation, start up, run and Hold the required maintenance of all units. Supervising 40 staff.
Also Responsible for Assembling of down hole equipment using tong power, Hydraulic Testing, Assembling of well heads and testing, and supervision of running and pulling completion on work over rigs
