as follow:
- Preparing Yearly budget based on department and sections needs and previous budget and make transfer between in budget account and avoid any short in a budget.
- Producing reports and monthly accounts with actual versus budget.
- Analyses financial transaction and recorded through ERP system.
- Reporting variances with the budgeted figures to the management monthly.
- Review and supervision of all the associated department transaction.
- Handle all Payments and deposit and settlement for Tickets & hotel reservation and VIP traveling (Inside & outside of Qatar) and all Administrative Service invoices like Rent car and a security, etc., then submitted to finance department by using (ERP & Egate and ZAGEL Software).
- Recording All Finance Transaction as aback up.
- Excellent experience in purchase cycle & invoices and PO prosses.
- Follow up contracts with venders.
- Auditing and process embassies and external invoices.
Managerial Accounting department are as follow:
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Fixed Assets create and transaction.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring
and controls
- Review invoice - approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Good knowledge in SAP System Reporting and transaction.
Finance and accounting department are as follow:
- Budgeting and forecast financial statement.
- Financial analysis and Reporting Head Office.
- Handling the daily accounting and checking expense reports, sales bills, other JVs.
- Co-ordination with the external Auditors in respect of annual audit of the
company.
- Monthly reconciliation (banks, affiliated companies, etc.)
- Prepare the end of the month closing (Prepaid expenses, Accruals, Fixed assets
and depreciation, AR, AP, etc.)
- Submit financials (AR aging, AP aging, Prepaid, Accruals, BS, PL, GL, etc.)
- Follow up on the due payments.
- Follow up with the lawyers, insurance company, auditor, etc. to make sure that
legal documents / insurance is valid.
- Prepare the end of month payroll and make sure that the payroll file reflects the
real cost per employee and send the related pay slips.
- Keep up to date a summary per employee covering all benefits paid and
accrued and handle the salary file and update it monthly (i.e. sales- commission
paid, home allowance split, employees costs to match the books).
- Recording income and prepare the list of payments.
- Assist the manager with the budget preparation and with the forecast.
Finance and Sales department are as follow:
- Prepared management reporting by presentation sales situation (sold- reserved
and free units, sales team, cash flow and prepaid past due payments, forecast,
...etc.).
- Customer service for client prepared statement, RV, help client for amendments in
his apartment and answer him for any questions and understand that client's
desire and make sure he has what came in for.
- Recording all income transaction and flow up due payments.
- Working with banks (sales contract for clients and prepared schedule payments
with interest calculations).
- Established and development Finance sales software.
- Banks internet transaction.
- Excellent sales, communication skills and real estate sector.
- Maintain effective external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors,
bankers, statutory organizations, customers, etc.

Finance and HR department are as follow:
- Supervising the preparation of financial reports, audits, and statements to provide
management with information relating to financial transactions, operation costs,
inventories, sales, taxes, depreciation, and property values.
- Payroll and handle HR department.
- Review and approve all payment and receivable though cash payment & serial
cash vouchers.
- Receiving cash due payment in the safe box & banks to check it’s covering the
company & operation needs.
- Following and revising the fixed assets statements to guarantee the best use of
these assets.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing.
Finance department are as follow:
- Control input and output Production process.
- Control raw material and finished goods.
- Collect data and compare actual costs to estimated cost; analyze variances if
existing.
- Maximize productivity and effectiveness of the department by ensuring continuous
workflow projections and proper allocation of work time.
- WIP - inventory issued and count- Overhead control and calculations per stage.
- Order closing monthly on the system.
- Excellent working knowledge of cost accounting principles understanding,
validating, and analyzing manufacturing.
- standard costs, product costs, and inventory monitor inventory levels and work
with materials.
Accounting department are as follow:
- Prepared payments and journal entries.
- Recording All Finance Transaction Manual.
- Checking not to pay any amount due after the upper management approval &
after checking the due, mount doesn’t exceed the estimated in the budget.
- Reconciliations of accounts and banks.
