• Branch manager is mainly responsible for keeping the business and deposits base growing & rendering excellent customers services.
• He has to ensure that the bank’s customer’s base widened.
• He creates a friendly environment in the branch that keeps both customers and employees satisfied.
• Ability to lead & motivate to meets targets.
• He oversees the sales and operations on a daily basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• He must be legal-oriented and should ensure that the bank registers profits.
• He must also have good interpersonal and networking skills and amicably solve customers’ complaints.
• He must use their discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
• The branch manager is involved primarily with the management and administration of the branch to ensure that budgeted goals are met and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations.
• To guide and inform staff about the bank’s rules and regulations.
• Any task or duty which is assigned by COO / Dy. COO.
• Study of procedures, policies, banking regulations and complains as a whole in accordance with audit plan.
• Invention of accurate schedule for effective activities of financial set up.
• Specifying of work filed and staff delegation during assessment.
• oversee and control of supervisory process as proposed by senior auditor
• Assessment and evolution of subordinate staff.
• Analysis of findings during assessment.
• Finalizing the assessment reports in accordance with reporting procedures and recommendations.
• Ensuring relations with related departments responsible in order to solve their minor problems in specific times according to time table.

• Controlling and checking all cash and transfer transactions within his limit.
• Implementation and control of daily works.
• Checking and controlling all deposits, withdrawal slips and controlling transfer documents.
• Deputy branch manager is responsible for all the duties of branch manager in case of his absence.
• Any task or duties assigned by the line manager.
