Responsibilities:
• Execute and analyze Microsoft campaigns for their services and products through France and the MENA region with a focus on events and email campaigns as the main marketing channels.
• Receiving business requirements from Service Desk Leads and transforming them into tactical deliverables (e.g. campaign setup, campaign follow up, email creation, event set up, online profiling forms created, , etc.)
• Campaign execution within the agreed upon SLAs using a combination of relevant tools including Exact Target Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Corporate tools (WWE (World Wide Events), Regsys, etc).
• Performing quality checks on finalized campaigns.
• Campaign follow up and analysis to internal and external clients (report building, data preparation)
• Attendance, completion, and participation in new tools deployment, updates and trainings as required.

Develop, Execute and evaluate the Marketing plan:
• Media Partnerships research, negotiation and execution, Work closely with Embassies and Trade Commissions to promote our events.
