Ensure that other departments understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, objectives and achievement.
Provides employees with information regarding policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion.
Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Prepare and organize all HR forms.
Monitor and follow up the HR data base (employee’s documents and contracts), as well as maintaining employee personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements
Supervise the issuance of staff evaluation reports in a timely manner, audit and review recommendations for bonuses and promotions.
Responsible for employee’s attendance report (monthly reporting to general manager),
Prepare employee vacations balance in monthly base.
Maintain spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, and other financial issue for the employees
Responsible for all administrative issues, all incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and mails.
Responsible for managing the business travels and the hotel reservation.
Maintaining up to date very organized filling system.
Following all departments demand and preparing purchasing order.
Responsible for the stationary store.
Monitoring and following up crew’s training profiles.
Coordinate crew’s training courses.
Working with all departments to keep manuals updated (Operations and Maintenance).
Responsible for incoming calls and mails.
Handles all reception area responsibilities.
Preparing training certificates.
Looking for student complains and problems.
Dealing & follow up with students.
