• Handle all travel and accommodation arrangements for selected candidates
• Ensure new employees have obtained bank accounts, login details, and ID access card, and have completed the joining duty and private health insurance forms.

• Analyze, respond to and resolve recruitment issues.
• Review and improve existing recruitment forms and procedures or develop new ones where needed.
• Follow the college rules and regulations.
• Prepare internal and external correspondence.
• Complete administrative tasks including word processing, answering calls and filing.
• Undertake other duties as required at the direction of the HR Manager and Director.
