Participates/leads in marketing events, such as tradeshows and tabletop shows as needed
Conducts online research and leads prospecting as needed
Plans and drives all product promotions strategy of the company

Educates staff members on strategies for building their personal brand
Provides leadership for the team to come up with new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are
aligned with the business goals
Monitors and reports goals and insights to clients through email, phone calls, and face-to face
meetings
Interacts daily with clients following the organization’s customer service standards
Works closely with product teams to help drive the near and long term product roadmap
Creates product positioning and messaging for online and digital marketing products, services, and
solutions where applicable
Builds the strategy and drives the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing,
packaging, and positioning
Assists in training and supporting sales team and channel partners to articulate product positioning
and the advantages
Partners with the organization’s corporate marketing team to launch content campaigns designed to
drive and measure leads and increase brand awareness
Supports the Corporate Marketing and PR teams with marketing content to improve brand
positioning
Provides support in the execution of effective lead generation programs via new businesses and
customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising
Helping to turn key customers into references by establishing and developing relationships with
them.
Job responsibilities include:
Develop ICON corporate identity and maintain it by unifying the branding and positioning of the company image across all departments to ensure the internal & external projection of the company’s value proposition.
Creating multiple channels of marketing strategies
Plan ahead according to the communication plan the desired conferences, conventions and exhibitions internally and externally related to the company’s line of business to attend and prepare all marketing material needed during these events. (i.e. booth, flyers, banners etc.).
Prepare in cooperation with the commercial head, the marketing programs and plans (seminars, conferences, exhibitions, events etc.) including; the design and supervision of production of communication material, ensuring adherence to company’s corporate identity.
Contact and select advertising and research agencies, provide them with the needed briefs and follows up their work, ensuring delivery according to technical requirements and deadlines.
Present the marketing results to the direct line on quarterly basis, outlining, achievements versus plan and challenges and suggestions for improvements.
Coordinate and liaise with print and media houses to print company material.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Online Marketing responsibilities
Seeking out new opportunities for online marketing campaigns
Creating and maintaining the website
Writing marketing copy for websites and maintaining activity on these websites
Liaising with software developers to enable search engine optimization
Creating and maintaining social networking channels
Designs promotional materials and posts for social media.
Contact customers by telephone in order to introduce our company and solicit sales for our goods.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Reply to customer's queries and resolve their problems
that related to coordination of general secondary.
