RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION: * Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
* Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
* Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
* Respond to public inquiries with the appropriate information about our company.

* Provide word-processing and secretarial support to the top management.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and seminars.
* Provide administrative services.
* Handling all kinds of seminars' invitations and sometimes attending these seminars.
* Maintaining the files, records and documents as required
* Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries
* Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely
* manner
* Handling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension
