• Leading Tech recruitment: Spearheading the entire tech recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates for tech roles within the organization.
• Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures specific to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Working closely with department managers and team leaders to craft detailed and accurate job descriptions that attract top tech talent.

• Managing full recruitment process
• Assist in drafting policies, procedures, HR forms, job descriptions
• Conduct HR orientation, prepare introduction plan for the new hire
• Audit the employees files and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure proper implementation of the companys policies and procedures
• Coordinate with legal department whenever needed
• Coach and train new HR junior staff
• Handling requests for certificates and documents
• Monitoring company assets for employees
• Preparing and releasing payroll Sheets
• Manage the utilization of the HRMS modules and features
• Planning and running motivational programs and company events
• Developing and putting into practice HR Rules and guidelines
• Carrying out recruitment tasks, including CV screening, application form review, and interview scheduling to meet school staffing needs
• Handling all communication and paperwork for new hires, including issuing letters of intent, contracts, and confidentiality agreements, and organizing personnel files
• Maintaining a database of collected CVs for current and future job openings
• Managing the contract renewal process for current staff to assess manpower needs for the upcoming academic year

Currently enrolled to CHRC (Certified Human Resources Consultant) This certificate will be issued and accredited in the middle of September by the German Jordanian University and the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
