4) Microbiology including: Making all culture for urine samples, blood samples, throat swab, ear swab, vaginal swab and identifying their microorganism by bacterial morphology or odour and by biochemical reaction for
unknown strains and by gram staining, then making for each organism it's antibiotic sensitivity
taking into consideration the patients' age, type of sample, region of infection and lastly pregnancy and lactation circumstances.
5) Entering all the results on the computer system programs, printing the final results for the patients and making a review for the results before signing it for the patient.
6) Making the H1N1 and HCV tests by PCR for all the sample made in (ABBOT REAL TIME
PCR) and (MAGNA PURE) for extraction of RNA for the H1N1 and HCV virus in average of 100
