• Analyze drawings and conduct pre-inspections on site to check quality of work and compliance against general specifications prior to submission of inspection.
• Conduct inspections with the project consultants to seek approval of the materials and installations completed at site.
• Coordinates with site team for completion of works as per project programme.
• Attending weekly meetings to resolve site issues and job completion.
• Monitor and resolve any NCR issued by main contractor or by consultants through coordination and implementation with disciplines involved.
• Conduct and close out snag works prior to final Hand-over.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing utility systems of buildings and maintaining grounds.
• Supervise worker for any pipe or motor damaged
• Do scheduling for preventive maintenance weekly, monthly and annually for pipe, pump motors -lubricating, cleaning, leaks, and repairs
• Do requisitions of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Do daily work report

• Conducting daily tool box meeting for safety and precaution
