#Under Direct supervision and direction of UN foreign staffs have to perform and implement various task in the registration system and data management process.
#Take interview of individual family member of Rohingyaa Refugee.
#Verify data and their documents by using proGres database information and BIMS database fingerprint.
#Fraud and mismatch checking during data collection.
#Do data entry by using ProGres(Profile Global Registration System) data management software.
#Have to Take fingerprint, Iris and Photo of Refugee people by using BIMS (Biomatric Identity Management System) database software.
#Have to cross check of various data in their ID card by using Microsoft Access program before it`s printed.
#Identify and do troubleshoot of printer technical problems.
#Have to distribute Refugee peoples ID card by and have to collect their relevant documents.
#Deals customer on daily basis and have to handle them with a best effective way so that they can get their service properly and smoothly.
#Have to fillup and submit bKash KYC, SRF form properly.
#Create and raise ticket by using CIMT database software.
#Give answer and feedback about customer query and give solution against their newly arisen problem.
#Have to provide technical support by collecting proper data and others information related to the service.
♦Single site Verification(SSV) for 2G/3G/LTE site
♦Perform drive test for cluster/highway
♦Analyse KPI such as Rx-level, Rx-Qual, SQI for 2G, checking RSCP, Ec/No, Data througput for 3G, analyse RSRP, RSRQ, Data speed for 4G/LTE site.
♦Checking SWAP in a individual site.
♦Optimize the radio frequency by changing GSM antenna's parameter such as Azimuth, Tilt.
♦Perform Swap DT during Vendor Swap and check Sector swap, 1800 band Swap, Multiband Swap, Azimuth mismatch etc.
♦Perform Voice & Video call test, R.99, HSDPA/HSUPA throughput observation, Ping test, IRAT for Stationary tests.
♦Observe WCDMA radio parameters like SC, RSCP, Ec/No, CQI (max & median), EcIo, Tx power, RSSI, UTRA carrier during the Cluster DT to check the overall network performance.
♦Check GSM radio parameters Rx-Level, Rx-Quality, C/ I, Download-Upload Throughput, Handover with Inter Cell & Intra Cell.
♦Perform Walk test of IBS.
DT Log File Analysis by using Tems Route Analyzer.
Perform measurements collection and generation of raw data based on drive testing approach and using specialized measurement tool.
Perform Single Site Verification/Single site acceptance of 2G/3G/4G
KPI check for mobility & stationary.
Perform Cluster/Area/Highway Drive Test
Perform single-site and cluster drive testing and measurements collection for newly added sites.
Perform data service testing and measurements at stationary positions
Drive Test Performance Analysis of GSM and WCDMA Sites post analysis including
RSCP, Ec/No, Rx-Qual, Rx-Level, Data throughput, Call Dropped, Hand Over, C/I, MOS, LAC, BCCH, BISIC analyses etc. in order to make sure the specific requirement are met.
Have to perform indoor and outdoor walk test for IBS/Repeater solution.
I have passed my Higher secondary certificate course from this college under Secondary and higher secondary education board Bangladesh.
