Leading the company projects and teams technically and management in both IBS and Wi-Fi domains

- Working:
20/7/2010 - so far: work in BATCO company (in Saudi Arabia) .
- IBS and Designing experience:
* Working as a Supervisor engineer (team leader) in batco at ERICSSON and NOKIA BTS’s in IBS department installation (implementation) 2G and 3G and LTE (passive and active and hybrid ) system for STC finish many site as (IBH002, INJ002, ZNJ516, IMK 007, 0059, 0060, 0061…etc) and work in other sites ( IMK, 090, 091…etc) KAEEP clock towers ( 3 years and more ) .
o Responsibilities:
• Review design proposal requirements and visit site as appropriate then create the design, gain all necessary approvals from the client before submitting the design.
• Design In-Building 2G/3G/4G coverage solutions for Subway stations, Hotels, Events Centers, Stadiums, and Airports.
• Manage the process and time line of all Sprint in-building projects with success.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies and protocols including 2G/3G/4G, WiFiand network structures and select which technique we can use in.
• Key person: Capacity Planning/ (Access Network)
• Manage: In-house tools, Software, Data consistency.
• Responsible for optimizing the indoor sites by changing parameters or by physical change in the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) based on the gathered data(signal strength & signal quality of the antenna system) to meet the desired indoor performance or KPI or Create a design according to the Statement of Requirement (SOR). .
• Conducts RF testing to determine the field strength sand coverage for every antenna in side the building using Anritsu Site Master.
• Provides link budget to distribute the necessary power for each distributed antenna system.
• Liaise with other employees/sub-contractors during the installation phase and ensure any changes to the design are correctly approved and recorded
• Preparing PAT folders with STC standards and works on different types.
Technical Experience:
• I'm expert by using IBwave software program to create In-Building Solution designs.
• Deep knowledge of RF planning basics, interference analysis, and testing techniques, especially for In-Building and DAS solutions, with focus on KPI requirements.
• Good experience with different DAS manufacturers’ products and systems.
• Advanced installation and implementation experience, with strong site survey skills and attention to co-location and co- sitting aspects.
• Experienced usage of Cable and Antenna Tester, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, and any RF measurement tools.
• Familiar with Microwave links, Data Telecom, Optical and IP Networks.
- O&M experience:
* Working as a site Engineer with NOKIA: 2G, 3G and LTE Project’s and microwave (aliment) and TI for STC (6 months).
* Worked as a site Engineer with ZTE: 2G and 3G Project’s and microwave (aliment) and take snap shoot for microwave and TI for ZAIN (2 months).
* Worked as a site Engineer with HUAWEI: 2G and 3G Project’s for Mobily (12 month).
* Worked as a site engineer in ZTE/ swap ZAIN project finishing the BAT folder (photo and commission report ...etc) to transfer the sites (4 month).
-Built a network Topology using Net Config Tool and Keep It Updated.
-Update the PNMS Server by the Updated NCT file.
-Do commission for BTS (TI) (2G&3G&LTE) and microwave.
-Replace and change the card’s for BTS (TI) (2G&3G&LTE) and microwave.
-Re commission for BTS (TI) (2G&3G&LTE) and microwave.
- Preparing the Line of Sight “L.O.S “for new sites.
- Operation and Maintenance of BTS and troubleshooting microwave.
- A-ter and A interface interconnection between BSC’s and Transcoder then to MSC’s.
- connecting optical fiber cables.
- Installation and Acceptance for new site.
- Maintenance of WIMAX
- Using site master digital and analog in outdoor and indoor (IPS).
