Reporting directly to CFO
 Responsible for Budget preparation, Follow-up & Forecast Process.
 Coordination with Head office & Business line heads in providing various updates on performance and cost
analysis.
 Production of Monthly Head office Essbase Reporting, Management Control and related Flash comments for
COO & SCO monthly meetings.
 Presentation of Monthly & quarterly RM and Business line Performance using various Clientlive indicators
(like Business NBI, RWA consumption & Client profitability).
 Ensure compliance with Group policies and transfer pricing rules in recording of NBI & expenses.
 Ensure that all reports assigned for Management Control are submitted to the Head Office within the time
frame and guidelines set by the Group.
 Answer to specific requests from the Internal / external auditors, Head Office, local Management or business
lines related to Management Control.
 Preparations of NBI & cost analysis/summaries for monthly management reporting.
 Assisting in production of ad-hoc reports summarizing the Credit Agricole CIB results.
 Validate accounting & reporting from the Representative Office in Libya and prepare Paris reporting.
 Ensure the internal controls are exercised on daily basis. Co-ordinate with IFIN team in case of discrepancies
and issues identified in the GL or subsystems.
 Assist COO in monthly KPI dashboard to review and highlight potential challenges and issues.

• Preps of the Central Bank Returns in the pre defined formats on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly & Quarterly basis (Basel II & Basel III) and Annual Financials.
• Preps of Head Office Reports (Customer Profitability Report, NBI, General Expenses, Liquidity Analysis)
• Responsible for managing the reconciliation of Nostro, Suspense and Internal Accounts used by the various Departments
• Monthly Internal accounts Reconciliation in order to ensure control on all the transactions appearing in sensitive accounts.
• Hands on experience on ALM and Alco Reports.
• Liaise with Internal and external auditors including UAE Central bank.
• Tax calculation and preparation of Tax balance sheets for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• Effecting the AED payments to the Central Bank of UAE through the Direct Payment System.
• Capturing all the Payments (Inward and Outward) in the Operating System (ISIS).
• Preparing SWIFT messages for the payments.
• Maintaining records of all the LORO Bank to Bank payments and reporting to the Treasury front office to enable them to cover the Position.
• Reconciliation of all movements with The Central Bank of UAE Statement.
• Maintaining UAE Central Bank Monthly reserve records for Treasury.

Responsible for the migration of Guarantees:
• Reviewing & ensuring the necessary Credit approvals are in place.
• Ensure proper recording of Revenues (commission charged & cash margins taken) to prevent revenue leakage.
• Verify claims on various guarantees & ensure proper responding by paying / extending as per the clients request.

• Plan and execute administrative functions related to the team
• Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
• Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
