2. No. of 5 transformers 11/132 KV, 51, MVA in ASWAN DAM No.I.
3. No. of 2 transformers 11/11/132KV, 160 MVA, in ASWAN DAM No.II.
Preparations the tender documents of EPC contract of the rehabilitation project of 4 generation units in ASWAN DAM No.II
Very knowledgeable about FIDIC contracts.
Very knowledgeable about scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Participation in the evaluation of the applicants to get the prequalified contractors.
Preparations the tender documents of implementation consultant of the rehabilitation project of 20 transformers.
Participation in the evaluation of the technical and financial offers of the implementation consultant.
Preparation of the technical and contractual replies for the clarifications submitted from the contractors during the bidding period.
Preparations the tender documents of EPC contract of the rehabilitation project of automatic voltage regulator of the generation units of Aswan-1 Hydro Power Plant.
Preparation of the pre bid meeting and site visit of the pre-qualified contractors.
Participation in the pre award negotiations with the consultants and contractors.
