Working as IT Consultant. Providing advisory and implementation services to the organizations looking to introduce computerization in their business or intend to enhance the existing computerization and oversee implementation work.
• Designing & implementing the capacity building, orientation, mapping, training and networking programme on MIS component of the project.
• Tracking, recording and reporting physical progress against the implementation plans.
• Reviewing/discussion with project team to identify the feasibility of the M&E format implementation.
• Providing technical assistance to the field teams in developing project M&E framework and detailed implementation plan aligned to the knowledge management.
• Established a quantitative & qualitative M&E mechanism including DQA to measure outputs, results and impact ensuring reporting on a timely and accurate basis, for internal & external purpose.
