• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso, Teas
and Juices.
• Receiving daily food items and to ensure the food is fresh.
• Ensuring the standard mise en place for daily operations.
• Ensuring full display before opening and upon operations.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Sending daily reports to F&B Supervisor and Line Manager.
• Ordering and receiving stock supplies weekly.
• Checking the espresso machine, coffee grinder, freezers, refrigerators
and other equipment’s to ensure proper functioning.
• Attend and assist guest/clients and Sales Agents with 100% service
excellence.
• Passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering
amazing hospitality to the clients/guests.
• Ensuring guests/clients received the highest possible level of service to maintain overall satisfaction on a consistent basis.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
• Prepare cutleries, plates, coffee stations, folding table napkins and Arrange tables for daily Breakfast Buffet.
• Checking of assign tables for VIP Guest
• Meet with F&B Associates and Supervisors to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. Meetings, VIP Guest)
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Checking of In House Guest and Walk-Ins
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Ensuring that client make payments for services before they exit the establishment.
• Keeping clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance payments.
• Communicate with other staff and informing them of clients’ bookings, needs, and complaints.
• Following and maintaining service quality assurance.
• Arranges proper mise en place for busy operation.
• Arranging all side stations before and after the service complete and
clean cutleries Glasses and condiments.
• Work with the Editor-in-Chief to design the layout according to the theme and other specifications.
• Designing cover, including the table of contents, interviews, and index.
• Direct the general staff on concept development for each section.
• Responsible for fulfilling other staff member's photography
requests.
• Responsible for fulfilling photography requests within the
appropriate time constraints.
• Maintain a record of all photographs taken, including the notes to go
with the photographs. This must be submitted to the adviser at the
end of each deadline.
• Informing the photo editor if the cameras need any attention.
•Responsible in any school activity that pictures should be taken at,
take the initiative and take the pictures.
• Following the journalistic guidelines for photography.
•Responsible for the care and storage of all photo equipment.
