3) Doing and follow up the instruments calibration, and Verification, for several lab equipment’s such as high performance liquid chromatography, UV, Dissolution, Karl Fisher, balances, and also the manufacturing machines.
4) Applying the validation of cleaning procedures of various manufacturing machines.
5) Stability follows up studies for various formulated products within the company..
6) Analytical method development and validation within the department of
Research and Development.
7) Writing, applying and follows the SOP s systems, Analytical Methods, and protocols
8) Follows the batch record system and its documentation.
9) Applying the change control system.
10) Applying the corrective and the preventive action system
11) Applying the machinery line clearance system
12) Applying the OOS- OOT system
