SNCL Jubail Fabrication Shop - Deputy Fabrication Services
• Monitoring the progress on modular skid assembly.
• Ensuring the required material is available on time and inspection completion to allow smooth production process.
• Managing subcontracts to ensure their work is finished within the given time frame.
• Closure of punch list issued by internal inspectors, TPI and VID
• Coordinate with the engineering team and fabrication crew in case of required clarification during assembly and fabrication
• Identify the shortages in material and follow up with project and procurement team for further actions

Development of SNC-Lavalin 5-year IKTVA action plan to meet the Saudi Aramco initiative and the in-Kingdom 2030 vision.

• Led and coordinated activities to draft SNC-Lavalin 5 year IKTVA Plan
• Co-authored SNC-Lavalin IKTVA plan report which was submitted to both Saudi Aramco and SNC-Lavalin CEOs.
• Collected and analyzed data given by various corporate departments such as Projects Control, Procurement, and HR.
• Provided Saudi Aramco with progress templates report in quarter basis
• Participated on the annual financial audit
• Arranging the management discussion meetings, agenda and action plan

Saudi Aramco - NW Unconventional Gas Development Project - System B, Saudi Arabia - Detailed Engineering & EPC

Development of infrastructure for processing tight sand formation gas in the northwest part of Saudi Arabia. Gas is gathered from wells and routed to four identically engineered gas surfaces processing facilities, and then transported approximately 72 km via pipeline to a customer.
• Establishment and accomplishment of project objectives in line with project scope of work.
• Vendor coordination, procurement & construction support.
• Anticipation and resolution of major hurdles to maintain overall schedule objectives and achievement of internal management and external client satisfaction.
• Collaboration with peers and managers to determine key goals, objectives, and corresponding metrics. Review and amendment of actions as appropriate for scheduled achievement of these goals and objectives.
• Review of vendor’s documents; including technical proposals, queries and all other engineering deliverable

• Design improvements and completion
• Production of Manufacturing documentation and specifications
• Participate in the selection of subcontractors and manufacturers
• Supervision of subcontractors and manufacturers
• Coordination of the assembly, packaging, delivery of finished products
