• Define and implement the production plan based on the human workforce and machines available in collaboration with the planning department.
• Ensure adjustments to finishing, drying and compacting machines for materials after bleaching and dyeing.
• Creation of technical production sheets and quality control sheets according to customer requirement
• Guarantee the conformity of production flows until the shipment of finished material.
• Monitor daily, monthly and annual production and ensure KPI reporting.
• Deal with malfunctions and production anomalies through prevention plans and corrective action plans.
• Training and supervising staff ensures technical training and the notion of versatility and polycompetence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE and EPC), quality and hygiene.
• Project done:
• Engaged in a project aimed at minimizing the use of chemicals in the process of finishing materials after dyeing to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices and to reduce production costs.
• Initiator of a project aimed at replacing the degreasing stage before dyeing with an innovative process of preparing the material by padding, integrated into finishing machines (stenters), with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency and promoting environmentally friendly practices
