Job Summary: Responsible for Recruitment, Administration and General HR
• Point of contract of all accredited manpower agencies ( local and abroad) concerning recruitment of manpower, employment contract and extension,
promotion, transfer, medical issues, social or medical repatriation, salary
issues, emergency or compassionate leave, resignation, termination of contract, exit procedures and any other various concerns.
Assist in facilitating all general related issues, personnel queries and follow- up of outstanding internal cases within the organization.
•
In-charge in processing of documentations, monitoring, scheduling of all
drivers and office staffs in obtaining their Qatar Driver's License.
•
In-charge in updating, monitoring and follow-up of leave schedules of employees on a monthly basis.
•
Maintain and update Hired Personnel, Recruitment, Resigned, Terminated
Employees, Driver's License, Leave Request, on a regular basis.
•
Process, monitor and follow-up employee benefits in accordance to Qatar
Labour Law.
•
Process payment of Medical Insurance, renewal of visas and iqama.
Update and monitor 201 file records of all rank and file employees.
•
Update and monitor labours regular working time
•
Making reports of labours overtime work computation for to be submitted to
•
the accountants for salary.
•
