• Assess the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule.
• Recommend recovery plans and confirm the schedule, quality and the cost accordingly.
• Hold periodical meetings with the project stakeholders to control work progress.
• Perform and review the in/out claims analysis.

Responsibilities:
Manages all the phases of Project Management for Civil Work (CW) including Engineering, design, construction, quality control, staffing & cost control. Monitor and control the CW subcontractor’s performance to ensure the work quality, progress, work cost as per the project specification and schedule. Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company. Participate and support the project team for accurate, timely and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution and closeout. Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely and complete reports to the client and company. Leading project CW staff in the market and ensures thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies and procedures. Assist the procurement department to hire the qualified CW subcontractors.

Supporting estimation team for civil Price preparation / Evaluation for Tenders for Sub Stations and cable projects. Keep on Updating Higher Management on Civil Costs Planned Vs Actual in AS WE GO formats.
Structural Design
Look after Structural design team as complete structural design is carried out in house. Verifying / optimization of the structural design. Coordination with civil designer & consultant to settle civil design and to expedite the approval.
Monitoring Civil Works
Supporting company management for selection of civil & E/M subcontractor for new projects. Provide the mile stones for main civil activities to be incorporated in project master schedule. Any discrepancy between monthly schedule and the progress at sites to be highlighted and find suitable solution to expedite the progress at site to be within or ahead the schedule. Deal with any activity or situation, could have a negative impact on the project, and determine the most constructible solution prior to and during the construction. Active coordination with Client & consultant to avoid any quality impact. Lead the civil team work to complete the projects (including the punch list, As-Built drawings, site acceptance test ……..etc) within the specific period as per contract. Supporting the project team for project handing over.

Job description
• Supervising contractors and subcontractors \{HCH Supply (HCH), Rohn products international LC (ROHN), H&A General contracting co. (H&A), Pharaonic American construction Co. (PACC), ect\} during the different phases including:
Supervising all construction stages.
Monitor scheduling and planning site work.
Deal with any activity or situation, could have a negative impact on the project, and determine the most constructible solution prior to and during the construction of eleven sites.
• Co-ordinate with Consultants of the project (Cairo University, Suez Canal University, Urban Projects, Prof. Dr. Shaker A El Behairy office, ect).
• Arrange with the Client to Acceptance inspections of sites (eleven sites) and construction evaluations and Sites Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Supervising all the activities of civil maintenance works (internal and external), including:
Oversee maintenance of buildings, roads, drainage, internal finishes, and fittings within the buildings.
Responsible for supervision of maintenance including contractor supervisor's activities of installation.
Maintaining up-to-date records and drawings.

Job Description
• Supervising the company pipe installation crews including the supervision on:
Excavation Support systems.
Installation and operating of the groundwater control systems (deep wells, well points, and sumping).
Pipe laying and tests.
Backfilling.
• Investigation of the site conditions during the different phases including:
Verifying the locations of the existing utilities.
Checking the building conditions and inspect the building foundations.
Study the different alternatives and determine the most constructible solutions prior to and during the construction.
• Supervising the Subcontractors (Osman Group, Arabia Contracting Company and Delta Group)
Schedule and planning of the Subcontractors works.
Supervising the different construction stages, excavation, pipe installation etc.
Co-ordinate between the different contractors themselves and the quality control department.
Quantity survey of the subcontractors works.
Preparation, reviewing and coding of the Subcontractors Invoices.
• Operation, maintenance and training the owner’s staff in the wastewater treatment plant

• Installation and operation of five screening plants (screening the job excavated materials and materials from borrow pits).
• Construction of drainage channel and lining using gabions (7 km).
• Excavation and backfilling of pipeline trenches.
