• Support current clients and partners in order to maximize and increase business opportunities and profitability.
• Responsible for all stages of the sales cycle following the lead generation by our marketing department, from qualifying leads to proposal and securing business.
• Plan and priorities individual sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
• Manage product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed sales strategies.
• Identify and develop local market integrators to increase the choice of our Vendor Partner products and successful implementation and support.
• Ensure complete territory coverage by coordinating with Country Managers and Country Partners.
• Make calls and off-site visits to build and maintain relationships with customers, with focus on developing key customer accounts.
• Meet with customers when necessary to supplement sales calls and professionally represent the company.
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills through flexible means like reading product literature and web training.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports.
