Training students & people (of Non-English) from different walks of life in Spoken/Communication English. Also, analyzing their strengths & weaknesses, & give need based training in English language.
Engage the class in communication activities to build their confidence & stage-daring.
Take & give feedback from & to students.
Take productive remedial measures & use creative methods to help weak students.
Taught English, including writing, reading comprehension, speaking, listening and understanding in standard 4, 5 & 6.
Also, taught Mathematics & Hindi in the above standards.
• Developed English lesson plans in line with the national curriculum: Planned English lessons to meet curriculum standards.
• Help students understand, speak, read and write in English.
• Deliver engaging, coherent lectures and motivating lessons to students across all Key Stages.
• Modified assignments and activities to meet the learning needs of individual students - Identify and sort into small, similarly skilled groups.
• Classroom management: Prepared English classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts. Prepared course work, planned class sessions: Selected/integrated appropriate instructional materials for classroom instruction - Organized/delivered classroom lectures to students. Arranged extra-curricular activities and set targets for pupils.
• Evaluated the students’ class work and assignments: Graded tests, essays, reports and other assignments - Regularly provided students with feedback.
