Key Responsibilities:
Design system hardware for Automation & SCADA projects
Develop engineering documents of projects such as (I/O Allocation, System BOM, Panel
arrangement drawings, Wiring Diagrams, P&ID, Loop diagrams)
Supervise panel building
Developing PLC & SCADA software
Participating in conducting FAT tests
Supervising site installation, commissioning, and startups
Preparing project documentation such as (Operating Manuals, FAT procedures, SAT procedures)
Conducting customer support site visits

Automation Design and Programming: Proficient in designing, programming, simulating, and
testing automated machinery and processes to meet specific objectives.
PLC and HMI Programming: Skilled in programming various PLCs and HMIs from reputable
brands such as GMTCnt, Lovato, Siemens, Schneider, and WECON.
Variable Frequency Drives: Competent in programming multiple types of variable frequency drives,
including those from ABB, Schneider, and Danfoss, for industrial and turbo machinery applications.
Diesel Engine Testing: Experienced in testing diesel engines and creating wiring diagrams for
automatic starting systems.
On-Site Start-Up and Maintenance: Proficiently manage on-site start-up procedures and ongoing
maintenance tasks.
CAD Design: Proficient in creating wiring diagrams, panel front views, and arranging internal
components using AutoCAD and EPLAN Electric.
Control Cabinet Modification: Skilled in modifying control cabinets and operator interface panels to
accommodate wiring, PLC modules, HMIs, motor starters, and variable frequency drives.
SCADA System Design: Proficient in designing and programming diverse SCADA systems to
enhance process monitoring and control.
Mobile App Development: Developed Android mobile applications using Android Studio and
communication protocols to connect PLCs with IoT systems, enabling mobile control.
HVAC Control Design: Experienced in designing HVAC control units.
BMS Maintenance: Proficient in designing and maintaining Building Management Systems .
