❖Preventive maintenance implementation, Analyze and interpreted blueprints, data and manuals to determine
specifications, testing procedures, adjustments, formulas and measuring instruments required.
❖Inspected, Tested and Read dials or meters to verify that equipment is functioning at specified levels.
❖Observed and monitor production and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and made necessary
adjustments.
❖Write Test and Inspection Reports describing results, recommendations and required repairs.
❖On-the-job trainer (OJT): Technical Trainer, training for knowledge and skills development of technical personnel
such as (Mechanical engineers, Mechanical Inspectors, Maintenance technicians, Educational tours students).
❖Tight co-ordination with Production dept. to get feedback from operations on equipment conditions, equipment
availability for maintenance inspection and production constraints.
❖Notified supervisors and other personnel of production problems and assisted in identifying and correcting these
problems.
❖Lead all Operations and mechanical maintenance in plants and reservoirs.
❖Manage Operation and Maintenance in Pipeline Network and Valve from gearbox and butterfly valve and chlorine
Building and mixers and stand by generators and motor gearbox and water pumps maintenance and technical
report and material request and planning maintenance schedule. /Project
❖Manage Operation and Maintenances in Pumps of Deep Wells Stations and technical report and material request
and planning maintenance schedule /Project
Supervisor of all mechanical maintenance in strategic plant reservoirs area from gear box and butterfly valve and chlorine Building and mixers and stand by generators and motor gear box and water pump maintenance and technical report and material request and planning maintenance schedule.
Supervising all mechanical maintenance work in raw mill lines and all their parts, supervising mechanical maintenance in the power plant, inspecting, inspecting, conveying belts, rotating mechanical parts, and planning preventive and corrective maintenance.
Position Purpose: carries planning and supervision of field work installation, maintenance and repair mechanical and electrical parts and operation and quality control and safety issues.
Supervising the maintenance and operation of production lines, mechanical maintenance work, operating generators at the plant’s power station, maintenance of all cranes maintenance, supervision, follow-up of occupational health and safety in the factory, monitoring and inspection

To undertake regular inspection and testing in conformance with client quality systems and safety policy and other contract requirement.
