• Drafting and reviewing agreements/documents, including but not limited to, cooperation agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, insurance brokerage agreements, reseller agreements, tenancy contracts, memorandum of understanding, letter of intent, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, power of attorney, internal policies and procedures, amendments/addendums to agreements, novation agreements, letters including termination letters/notice/complaints etc.
• Assisting with corporate share transfers by coordinating with the relevant regulatory authorities and organising and drafting all related share transfer documents including corporate resolutions required for completion of share transfer.
• Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel and providing relevant support and assistance on all legal matters including work requests of various departments and branches in the company.
• Providing timely advise/suggestions on criticality of contractual terms, documents and/or projects prior to finalisation.
• Conducting legal research and enquiries with relevant authorities on various legal/corporate matters and keeping abreast of all relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinating with external lawyers on legal matters of the company, litigation etc.
• Drafting and preparing summaries of agreements, litigation, legal seminars/webinars etc.
• Supervising all works of junior legal staff.
• Maintaining accurate legal records/inventory of documents.
• Coordinating with the legal team for effective management and implementation of all legal works.

Providing general legal consultation/services to clients on
all legal matters (in coordination with local lawyers)
including assistance in the registration of cases in courts and
other legal authorities.
• Drafting legal notices, power of attorneys, undertakings,
letters etc.
• Drafting and reviewing of agreements such as
memorandum of understanding, amendments, end-user
license agreements/terms and conditions/privacy policy
for online applications etc.
• Providing consultation/assistance to clients on registration
of Wills at Dubai Courts/DIFC.
• Coordinating with clients and providing timely update on
case statuses of ongoing cases/court hearings and related
developments.

Providing assistance and support to clients for the registration of real estate projects at the Real
Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), including registration of real estate investors/developers and
takeover of cancelled real estate projects.
• Providing assistance to clients in complying with the RERA compliance requirements for takeover
of inactive/stalled projects through the Tanmia Committee (a then RERA initiative for activation of
cancelled projects).
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including term sheets, joint venture development
agreements, memorandum of understanding, legal notices, power of attorneys etc.
• Coordinating with external partners for the incorporation of new companies, including mainland
and/or free zone entities (JAFZA, BVI, DMCC etc.) and related renewals.
• Liaising with external lawyers on legal cases/litigation relating to real estate/labour matters, family
disputes, bounced cheques etc.

Assisting clients in the recovery of debts relating to overseas business/purchase of goods on credit.
• Initiating written and/or verbal demands to debtors for recovering outstanding dues; negotiating
with debtors for amicable settlement/recovery of debts or initiating legal action against debtors (via
legal partners) after several failed attempts of debt recovery.
• Providing timely updates to clients on the recovery of debts.
• Drafting demand notices, settlement agreements and legal notices.
• Conducting legal research and providing legal support to management.
• Advising clients for initiating legal action against debtors failing amicable settlement of dues.

Providing legal consultation to clients on litigation matters, including labour disputes, real estate
matters, family disputes etc.
• Liaising with external lawyers/partners on litigation matters.
• Conducting meetings with clients to address various legal issues and advising on the suitable course
of action.
• Drafting legal notices, reply notices and providing legal opinions.
• Coordinating with clients and updating case statuses on daily case hearings/trials.
