• Introduced upward revision in Business margins of C&F activity not renewed since five years by the erstwhile Finance team
• Efficiently introduced the E Procurement tool of ARIBA SAP Implementation in process
• Reduced INR 7 Mio in the renewal of annual risk Insurance thru process of tendering
• Played active role in the process of due diligence for equity dilution of 27% by raising INR 1500 Mio (about 33 Mio USD) with Pharma Multinational HIKMA .
• Accounting of Export formulations & International operations, US Subsidiary with Foreign offices in UK, Japan, CIS & UAE
• Visited Foreign offices for Annual Budgeting, MIS reporting, Sales analysis & Operational Expense review (2003-2010)
• For Domestic Formulations- Conducted compilation of annual accounts for Financial & Tax Audit and consolidation of sales depot trial balances on a monthly basis (17 depots, 3 CFA’s) (1999-2003)
• Responsible for accounting & servicing of Pan India Pharmaceutical distributors for Expense reimbursements, Commission, Interest Payment on Trade Deposits (1996-1999)
