effectively managing multiple projects and presenting solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
− Build and manage a High-Performing Generative AI Center of Excellence (COE) and drive GenAI Research and Innovation.

− Spearheading the development of over 10 generative AI-based use cases across Marketing, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, E-commerce, Lowcode AI platforms and Retail domains, leveraging advanced techniques such as Stable Diffusion, LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), CLIP, LangChain, LLMOps, and advanced prompting techniques, and demonstrated applications via Gradio and Streamlit, driving significant business value.
− Managing a team of 8-10 data scientists and ML/AI engineers, leading the design and implementation of generative AI solutions to address
complex business challenges and drive operational efficiency.
− Leading R&D efforts to explore new data science methods and technologies, and collaborating with internal clients to translate their needs
into effective AI solutions that improve business outcomes.
− Overseeing the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept and requirements definition through to deployment and evaluation.

− Leading a team of 10 cross-functional business analysts, ML/Data Engineers and Data Scientists to set up the Analytics and Data Science
function for the newly acquired clients - Manage, coach and mentor team.
− Designed, developed, and deployed state-of-the-art, data-driven visual analytics or predictive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in business intelligence, machine learning, statistical modeling, and Operations Research
− Overseeing the end-to-end Machine Learning Life Cycle, from data collection, pre-processing, and feature engineering to model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring the development of high-quality ML models and effective MLOps practices
