1) Developing and leading the project’s adherence to the Quality Management Plan requirements.
2) Preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and IEC/IS/EN Standards

2) Supervise and monitoring of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical installation activities of EPC team.
3) Witness the routine inspection and document results in accordance with approved procedure
4) Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspection, materials and nonconformance etc.
5) Ensure that all works will execute as per drawings and ensure all equipment used at site are calibrated and with valid certificates
6) Monitor quality control on construction progress activities
7) Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre- commissioning and commissioning
8) Review tested documentation, witness and accept all required tests of EPC team.
9) Review the root cause analysis for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical activities.
10) To check the drawings provided by various design consultants and integrate in the project.
11) Conversant with IEC / EN / IS specification.

1) Survey & Construction & Commissioning of 33/11KV Substations and 33 KV & 11 HV Lines.
2) 33/11KV Substations and connected 33 KV & 11 KV Double & Single circuit HV lines constructed in Nasik District (MH) under MSEDCL.
3) Handover &Takeover activities with documentation.
4) Proper work planning on location activities and communicate with higher & lower levels.
5) Work knowledge on 132/33 kV Substations, 33/11KV Substations and 33KV lines,
6) Monitor scope, quality, budget, schedules, productivity and work in progress to ensure project plans are effectively being implemented.
7) Attending progress review meetings and preparing reports highlighting status of critical activities problem areas, and constraints on achieving planned progress, schedule impacts, critical issues and action plans.
8) Material handling, equipment planning as per site requirement.
9) Coordinate with Engineering team, TSG.
10) Participate with internal and external audit.
11) Liaising with MSEDCL officials for drawing approvals, GTP and DI to the project.
12) Preparation of progress reports and qty schedules and invoicing.
13) Reconciliation of client supplied materials and contract materials
14) Preparing that all required inspection and testing records are progressively and systematically generated and compiled for hand-over to Clients as per ISO Standard.
15) Worked fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract and that the procedures laid down in the Project Quality Procedure and work instruction to achieve these standards are followed.
Working as a MManager, Quality- projects on deputation in Global solar Projects,
coordinating and monitor from Centre of Excellence (CoE), New Delhi, India.

plans, and other processes / procedures (which may include other business unit functions).
Document findings and assign / implement effective Corrective Actions.
