Commercial Prototype Alfalfa Farm
• Took over a 100acre Alfalfa Farm operations in Shaser, Dhofar, Sultanate of Oman
• Re-negotiated the land rent reduction by 75% to enable the Prototype’s financial sustainability
• Stabilized the Ukraine technology and investor relationship
• Established R&D lab facilities with Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) and the Directorate of Agricultural Research, Al Rumays, Batinah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman.
• Pursued product commercial quality research with SQU which delivered stupendous findings of Virenxia’s Freshalfa product viz., Freshalfa contains record 9.5 MJ/DM of energy, Cattle consuming Freshalfa provide 20% more milk compared to other roughages (US & Sudani), Freshalfa reduces the concentrates in the TMR by 10%, which results in a 42% reduction in feed cost and a 47% Feed efficiency.
• Established contracts for Advance booking for Alfalfa across many cities of Oman, like Salalah, Ibri, Sharqiyah, Muscat, Nizwa, Sohar and Al Ain.
• Enabled Trademark registration of Virenxia and Freshalfa brands in Ministry of Commerce, Oman.
• Enabled first ever sale of Alfalfa Bales online on OLX Oman during the pandemic.
• Enabled a unprecedent standing order of 20 Trucks (10 Tons) per month of Freshalfa Hay as against a production capacity of 4 Trucks.
• Enabled the highest sale price for branded Alfalfa. Freshalfa sells at the same price as imported American Alfalfa.
• Freshalfa requirement was also solicited across the border in UAE. Major corporates like Dubai Camel Hospital and Zabeel Equestrian Office invited Virenxia to establish Alfalfa cultivation farms in UAE.
• Established a financial accounting, online operations reporting and monitoring mechanisms system for the Farm Operations
• Established a smooth transparent working environment between different nationals from Oman, Ukraine, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Russia, Ireland,
Large Scale Commercial Expansion

Competition analysis vide quality, quantity and pricing
Crop cycle costing of all competition products compared
All major dealers, distributors and retailers of Agri products contacted
Signed up one distributor in Oman and one in UAE
Saudi retail trading limitations analyzed and ADGM SPV route recommended
Identified two distributors who can take up Farmics products in Saudi
Assisted in the product registration of Biostimulants in Oman and UAE.
