Responsible for the analysis of plant technical information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to advise production, quality, environment, systems and maintenance departments on improvement opportunities.
Address Production / Process bottlenecks for a better output, a greater stability or an improvement in environmental aspects.
Defining production conditions for new or modified installations under supervision of the Process Manager.
Conducting production process studies and audits which deems.
Regularly monitor the parameters relating to plant operation.
Responsible to challenge and advise production and quality departments on plant operating parameters (define targets on KPIs and HTR follow up on routine basis); to ensure the product quality and volume demands with regards to efficiency and plant effectiveness.
Preparation of quarterly & annual Raw Material and Grinding Media Inventory based on Dispatch figures.
Involved in Internal and External Process Audits and ISO Audits.
As i am B.Tech Chemical Engineer with technical background, i have to reduce the production cost by reducing the thermal and energy consumption of the product.
• Responsibilities include:
Workout on Complete Process Engineering aspects of Pyro Processing system & Vertical Raw Mill, Coal mill, Cement mill, with regards to Thermal & Electrical Energy studies for cement plants.
Identification of equipments technologies and system available in India & abroad with regards to energy conservation in cement plant machineries.
I HAVE GOT 92 PERCENTILE IN INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY(GATE)
