Airframe/Structure Section

- Continuous analysis and surveillance of processes of all engineering action, maintain a data base of all AD’s SB’s, and modification, designing, supervising engineering modifications related to Aircraft Structure, and monitor all new manufacturer advisory, related to Aircraft Structure and circulate the information as applicable.

- Performed inspection in case of Structural damaged, preparing technical evaluation in case of aircraft accident, performing evaluations and studies supporting systems engineering and make recommendation accordingly related tasks required to be performed in the schedule check as per instruction by manufacture, initiating design actions for defining repair schemes, and identifying tools/equipment to repair aircraft/ equipments.

- Monitor the aircraft structural status, prepare and update the buckle and repair chart for aircraft, also coordinate with technical planning
to maintain and update records for all buckle charts for Jordan Aviation of the aircraft fleets A310-300, A320-200, B737-200/300/400/500,
and B767-200.

• Powerplant Section

-- Responsibility for Engine Health Monitoring Program (EHM), compilation of engine trend reports and recommendation of specific maintenance actions, and maintain, revise the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs, and maintain any required Short Term Escalation Program.

- Continuous analysis, review, assessments, and surveillance incoming Airworthiness Directives, Manufacturer's Alert Service Bulletins, Service bulletins, Service Letters by maintain a data base of all SB’s, AD’s, modification, and monitor all new manufacturer advisory related to engine, APU and circulate the information as applicable.

- Researching, Evaluate teardown reports, corrective actions, overhaul reports from repair / overhaul vendors and suppliers when required, and perform/arrange for engine borescope inspection when required, and make recommendation accordingly.

Maintain an up dated maintenance program and technical plant per aircraft records library of life limited parts and self life items with complete aircraft history for the day to day operations of the maintenance planning & production control department

- Ensure all aircraft technical records are archived in a safe and reliable, all reporting systems e.g. aircraft status, tracks record status, and aircraft utilization are prepared accurately and presented in a timely and all maintenance activities that are controlled are done in an efficient and controlled manner, and are in compliance with airworthiness regulations, company quality systems and customer expectations

- Establish and ensure a program per aircraft showing the next schedule check, repair, or maintenance that planning across the fleet is timely and well coordinated to ensure smooth implementation of maintenance, before its due time

- Monitor, minimize aircraft downtime and improve maintenance schedule to optimize the utilization of manpower, materials and equipment, and control manpower expenses (overtime and manpower resources) to comply with budgeted allocations of all manpower resources, and contribute to the annual budget review for production planning control department and associated activities

- Ensure that all staff in production planning control are well trained, and are able to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively, and carry out annual employee evaluations and performance review

Continuous analysis and surveillance of processes to develop, establish of the overall quality and safety system, ensuring prompt closure of audit non-conformances, and adequate responses to authority findings, and Establish an audit program and process to monitor compliance with the authority requirement, safety standard, company policies and procedure and Reviewing audit reports produced by Quality and Safety auditors and reporting to the management on the performance of the quality system and safety recommendations as appropriate, and establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of operational safety and quality activities to optimize the health and safety of the organization's people and physical assets

- Develop Business plan for Setting Up an Aviation Technical Services Business, and provide technical direction to manufacturing and interface with regulatory authorities representatives (e.g. FAA, EASA, DGCA/Local Authority) on Quality Regulations, in certification application and approval for Airlines and MRO, and Co-ordinate all aspects of the company exposition/ Quality Manual and the negotiation with the Authority of any changed required to the documents, or to the term of approval granted by the authority to company.

- Performed visually inspect and detail inspect for temporary periods engine modules/parts.

- Performed Borescope inspections as required, and disassemble engines, and Performed Balance rotating components, flow test of individual components and assemblies.

- Test and prepare Engine for dispatch, including completion of documentation relating to work completed for the Engines PW.JT8D Series, PW.JT9D Series, GE.CF6 Series, and CFM.56 Series.

Service Engineering Dept.
- Continuous analysis and surveillance of processes of all engineering action, maintain a data base of all SB’s, AD’s, modification, and monitor all new manufacturer advisory related to engine, APU and circulate the information as applicable
