Working as Sales Administrator in Al Habtoor Motors, Alain dealers for Mitsubishi vehicles. Working as a member of the team involved in the sales of Mitsubishi commercial and saloon cars. Responsibility includes coordinating with the Branch Manager for the sales related works, booking of new vehicles, Preparation of quotations for vehicles through Kerridge system and manually.
Operating in Kerridge system for performing daily sales support and administrative works such as booking of vehicles, releasing and transferring sites for vehicles. Obtaining Kerridge generated reports such as daily sales details reports, daily prospecting details, stock statement reports etc. Handling of the Branch stock and Kerridge related problems in the showroom.
Coordinating with the Workshop to ensure that PDI is made to all sold vehicles before delivery to customers.
Responsibility also includes overall administration of the showroom and the secretarial jobs
