Downstream Budget & Finance activities as follow:
oManaging the submission of the overall CAPEX & OPEX Budget of Downstream.
oParticipating in preparing OPEX and CAPEX budget for Multi-billion dollar projects in Vietnam, Algeria and Egypt.
oCompiling all CAPEX Budget and Supported documents for Financial Model for each project.
oVerifying the numbers of OPEX & CAPEX Budget to ensure alignment with QPI Policy.
oGenerating templates and lessons learnt while preparing CAPEX & OPEX Budget as reference for future improvement.
oCreating Purchase Requisitions for all Downstream contracts and invoices after having an approved Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) for the said payments.
oVerifying invoices with supported background documents and ensuring they are aligned with QPI Finance Policy.
oMonitoring Downstream Budget spending on regular basis and preparing the department’s financial monthly progress report.
oPreparing Budget Transfer for different GL accounts when needed.
oPreparing Year End Accruals for all incurred expenses from the previous year.
oReviewing Project Financial Statement
2-Downstream Administrative activities as follows:
oPreparing Job Descriptions & Manpower Requisitions for vacant positions for Downstream Doha and Overseas ventures.
oManaging the Manpower Forecast Spreadsheet before & during the Annual Budget Preparation.
oFollow up with Recruitment Team on candidates’ status & general recruitment processes.
oIssuing Detailed Internal & External (Minister Office & Supreme Counsel) Reports on Projects Progress Update individually and compiled in addition to extracting a summary of key Achievements for each project.
oCompleting Conference Registration Process in coordination with the Vendor and making sure name badges & registration confirmations are submitted to Downstream Staff.
oCreating Downstream internal forms & templates to facilitate the work flow among the team members (Business Check List form/ Leave Form”.
oManaging the correspondence of Arabic and English Letters from and to the Minister Office regarding the update on cooperation with countries or specific Downstream Projects
oTranslating letters, reports and Memos from English to Arabic and vice versa
• Call Centre and Customer Service Representative.
• Answered all customer’s inquiries about the product’s financing.
• Shared in preparing the strategic marketing plan.
• Received and dealt with customer's complains and suggestions.
• Prepared the department meetings correspondences.
• Prepared different company's product questionnaires.
• Prepared studies about the dealers and competitors of the company.

• Assisted in preparing the material of feasibility studies.
