• Identifying company's Requirements and
o Negotiating with application developers (Verchaiska, Quadlabs, Q tech, tecnoglare, Teknokraaft) to get the best vendor which satisfy our needs.
o Negotiating with web interface providers and coordinating between them and application developer
o Negotiating with call center providers to get the best solution and follow up implementation
• Negotiating with hotels wholesaler to get B2B and web services agreement ( GTA, Travco, Tourico, Miki, whitesands and Hotel beds)
• Negotiating with GDS and low cost airline provider to access and web services agreement (Saber and Pyton Flight Portal.)
• Preparing all needed logics and data for app developers
• Follow up implementation and new developments.
• Identifying and tracing project tasks
• Testing and evaluating system features (UAT) sign off and reporting logical and functions issues
• Negotiating with hotels /suppliers to get exclusive contract/deal.
• Sighing new contracts and comparing rates with our competitors.
• Preparing tariffs and new offers.
• Handling all quotations, offers & reservations needed to the business and leisure traveler as well
• Providing information, advice and booking services for people willing to travel
• Advising clients about foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts
• Dealing with complicated customer itineraries
• Following up all offers submitted to clients and getting feedback
• Issue required documentation such as hotel vouchers, car rentals, sightseeing, etc…
• Calculate and prepare invoices and receive payment from individual customers
• Collecting deposits, filling in booking forms and maintain records of transactions
• Establishing contacts with various co-parties such as travel agents, hotels and ground transportation to negotiate the best deals
• Review the efficient flow of whole process, evaluating customer feedback and discussing necessary action - when necessary - with Tourism Manager
• Decision maker and problem solving thinking ability through Solving problems of the guest during their stay as well as dealing with complaints.
