Monthly Manning List for the Project
• Provides a full range of administrative, clerical and office support
• Compile, prepare, and enter data into a computer from various sources
• Coordinate, make, process, and confirm staff travel arrangements
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
• Advises supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient administrative operations
• Support project manager including, preparation of documents
• Process mail including receiving, sorting, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents
• Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities
• Handle office correspondence and keep the filing system up to date
• Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
• Process certificates such as salary and employment
