Prepare Federal, State and local individual income return. Answer client's questions and queries relating to their filing of their returns. Assist in answering IRS audit findings of clients income tax return. Prepare tax equalization to be used by the client's sponsor or compay as a guide for the deduction of monthly witholding tax and to have a comparison if it is more beneficial to work on foreign assignments. Assist in uploading and downloading of returns and related documents to Global Office (pwc secured website). Assignment focus exclusively on Saudi Aramco American expatriates.
Handling payments/disbursements of the firm. Controlling the out of pocket expenses for proper charging to the respective clients. Prepares monthly payroll. Coordinates with the office manager for the collectibles/receivables of the firm. Prepares ageing of receivables. Assists in the preparation of the financial statements. Liaise with the external auditors and prepares supporting schedules of their audit. Does other functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
Reporting to the Compliance Officer to ascertain the compliance and implementation of all instructions and rules and regulations mandated by the government regulatory bodies such as SAMA, CCHI, DZIT and CMA. Reports on individual findings and periodic summaries and suggests means of correction. Maintain a follow-up system on deficiencies noted and determine the adequacy of responsive action taken. Responsible for reviewing medical claims of various insurance companies. Checks the daily transactions in the Billing System as to the validity and authenticity of each transactions. Reviews monthly incentives of physicians, management and staff prior to submission to the finance department for payment. Reviews various request of payment before submission to the finance department.
