Supply Chain Manager

1-Planning:
o Material planning according to sales forecast and production schedule
o Production planning according to needs of finished product, covering sales forecast and this is done every week depending on the stock level, needs for sales and production cap
2-Foreign &Local Purchasing
o Create, apply and maintains purchasing policies and SOPs.
o Negotiates, identifies and qualifies suppliers based on prices, time mapping, flow mapping, payment terms, quality and flexibility and suppliers’ reliability.
o Monitors and follow-up on the purchased items and the total fulfillment of the production and facility requirements, ensuring Quality and Quantity standard conformity and timely delivery.
o Ensures suppliers times payments by liaising with the finance department
o Prepares and submits a monthly activity report highlighting the progress of work in the department.
o Study and make use of updates of international agreements.
o Custom clearance full process execution and follow up
o Co-ordinate with Finance Manager for preparing the money needed for the imported goods and the custom fees.
o Execution and follow up of all processes of shipments and customs for imported materials.
3-Warehouse:
o Supervise, control and evaluate the warehouse processes
o Staff management (38 members)
o Management of many kinds of inventories (raw materials, packing and finish goods) with a value of 20 million pounds.
4-Export:
o Receiving export orders from foreign sales section.
o Organize the shipment according to export terms and prepare the documentation needed.
Manage the custom export process
1-develops and maintain purchasing policy and procedure manuals
2-negotiates, identifies and qualifies suppliers for eva cosmetics
3-monitors and follows up on the purchased items and the total fulfillment of the production and facility requirements ensuring quantity and quality standard conformity and thrie timely delivery
4-ensures suppliers timely payments by liasing with the finance departement
5-keeps and update suppliers files and generate a quarterly report documenting the performance of the suppliers delivery
6-always be update and make use of international trade agreements
7- working with ERP system
