Responsible for the data analysis, ERP functional analysis and system administration support of the whole enterprise application.
Providing Security administration support and analysis to the company and responsible for a series of back office processes to support User access support for various applications which includes ERP and web related applications for Global Customers.
Conducting training and educate the team on adherence to Data Privacy policy & procedures.
Acting as a liaison between the various teams for issue escalation/resolution.
* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
*Maintain SQL Database.
* Ensure the system process is in accordance with the ERP application system.
* Resolve issues arising from manufacturing process.
* Continue to improve and design a lean manufacturing process maintaining the quality and lesser lead time and cost.
* Reporting an analysis, performance, output & related manufacturing figures that will Help Top management in decision making and planning to attain company’s objectives.
