Kahramaa Awareness Park was built to educate the people especially the young individuals of Qatar about renewable energy and on how to conserve electricity and water.
*Responsible in calibration, maintenance, troubleshoot, and refurbishing of instruments like magnetic resonance, ultrasonic, laterolog, nuclear, induction, perforation, caliper, seismic, coring, electromagnetic, spinners, gamma ray, CCL, telemetry, release device(ECRD), multifinger, conveyance or tractor tools, production tools, power cartridge, packer, pumpout, fluid analyzer, probe, booster, and sample chamber; surface equipment like WAFE, e-WAFE, WFDD, AC/DC power supplies, IDW, tension device, UIK, and Winch shutdown system in the offshore unit or logging cabin.
*Modified tools and equipment as per the released modifications from product centers or suggest modifications for special toolstrings as per client requirements.
*Pro-actively participated in formulating preventive measures for any potential failures which can eliminate unnecessary cost
*Instill the safety behavior in the workplace by proper mentoring and coaching junior staffs and prevent accident through intervening if unsafe acts or condition is observed.
*Maintain certification record of test instruments like digital multimeters, torque wrenches, oscilloscope, megger, calipers, and LCR
*Maintain Key Performance Objective and Efficiency on the target level, i.e. Q-check percentage and cross check at target level, no loss time incident, capture near misses
• Qualified and repair burn-in boards used in aerospace and military grade integrated circuits
• Responsible in preventive maintenance of burn-in ovens
• Handles line sustaining of integrated circuit testing equipment
• Adept in TSE and Bibtest55 Tester used in burn-in board checking
• Maintain equipment with PLC, Pneumatics, Robotic, and Laser system
• Repair of electronic parts of remote controlled planes (servo, motor, receiver, and transmitter) and making battery packs. Gives technical support and suggestions to customers with regards to the product we offer. Also involved in sales of merchandise.
