Preparing of working and as-built drawings for all mechanical works, valuation of workdone, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, testing and commissioning of mechanical works, installation supervision of all mechanical works, and client laison.
The mechanical works included installation of all types of pipes (Upvc, galvanised, copper etc), installation of valves, overhead, underground and surface water tanks, booster pumps, fire pumps, automatic water sprinkler system, fire hose reels, fire hydrants and fountains.
Design of cold and hot water storage and distribution systems, waste water and foul drainage system, fire fighting and protection system, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, solar water heating system.
The major module of the M.Sc. Construction Project Management are strategic project management, project planning, control and analysis, health and safety management, project team and leadership development, advance construction technology and risk and value management.
My overall average was 55%. I hold a bachelor of science honours degree(Second Class) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Ghana, West Africa.
