•Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
•Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
•Maintain a good relationship in the team
•Getting in contact with guest and meeting them and making their needs accordingly
•Meet the guest in the other property when they stay with the same group and identify the needs and necessities. They should feel like it’s their home.
•Re-viewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
•Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
•Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system
