Serves as a Team Lead for troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery done by more junior Innovators.
Performs complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery
Leads the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, programs, hardware and software.
Network and Systems administration (including backup, security management, user account management, mailbox/mail management, routers and switches.
Monitoring and troubleshooting (Windows 2003 Server Standard Editions functioning as DNS, DHCP, and DCs, Exchange 2003, ISA Server 2004, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Veritas Backup exec 9.1, Trend Products (mail scanning, web protection, office scanning.
Administer 10 Windows 2003 Servers and around 400 workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP based operating system.
Oversees and manages the complete, accurate and
prompt delivery of ITS day-to-day operations involving
issues that includes POS, network, computer hardware,
data and application systems used by SM Department
Store and SM Affiliated selling companies.
Providing support, including procedural, documentation through phone and chat;
Primary responsibilities will consist of design, implementation and maintenance and disaster recovery planning for a global Microsoft Server environment, including Active Directory, Exchange, SAN, and VMWare administration.
Direct and manage information technology strategic plans, policies, and programs to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain corporate IT policies aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of IT systems. Maintain & manage contact with IT suppliers and Maintain knowledge of current technology.
Advising the management on all technology issues that may affect corporate strategy. Propose and implement logistical, operational & financial IT solutions suitable to the existing and upcoming business strategic goals.
