HR Generalist- for a short period of time, I experienced being in a consulting firm where i represent candidates to clients which was the opposite from Aldar where I work for the client side. Similarly coordinated with recruitment, employee relations, Public relation and other required administrative functions in a very busy environment.
For more than 7 years, my career evolved in Aldar:
administrative role in projects to HR including hospitality mass recruitment and to the corporate recruitment covering HR, PR and other personnel administrative functions.
Comprehensively involved in company restructuring and merging where my HR knowledge has been broadened.
Had an interesting immersion in remote provinces to work as a practicing doctor in small towns- giving free medical services Was able to complete medical course with exam exemptions
Sports team leader- had 2 years sport scholarship Semestral Honor
Secondary Education, St James Academy, Malabon Philippines (Year 1987-1991) Achievement: Batch Corps Commander of the graduating class
