• Review business unit Financial Statements and prepares Consolidated Financial Statements of

• Handling PPE schedule, monitoring additions and disposals of assets, maintains work in progress and prepare the journal entry for depreciation and amortization of fixed asset and software every month.
• Maintains and monitors the accrual schedule for vacation leave and tickets.
• Assist in preparation of Journal entries in Oracle.
• Assisting in preparation of consolidation process such as hyperion uploading of TBs.
• Assisting in preparation of report 02 Management Deck AOP vs Actual vs. YAGO
• Assist in preparation of KPI deck monthly
• Prepares consolidated cash flows every month including Cash Flow Bridge.
• Prepares ICS audit documentations such as BSAR ICS 358, 200, 30 and 31etc for the previous quarter and moving forward.
• Assisting the E&Y, the external auditors for interim and year-end audit and monitor the status of requested and pending documents needed.
• Communicates with other department for the requested items regarding audit
• Assisted in calculation of minimum tangible net worth for the financial covenant of the Group to Saudi Hollandi Bank
