Supporting all the fundamental activities related to introducing, implementing and continuously improving a service by sales, development and marketing actions.
It is a varied role that includes planning and coordinating, developing existing and potential customers’ database, identifying global partnerships and sponsorships, advertising, product development and conducting market research within the UAE and targeted markets.

• Work with respective Project Managers and/or Consultants in the delivery of client projects
• Ensure all online preparation is completed within agreed timescales for the set up of new projects
• Assist in preparing job guidelines and instruction for our clients (healthcare, bank, government, hospitality and transportation)
• Design or assist in the development of questionnaires and guides to ensure the necessary data is captured; conducting in-depth data analyses of results
• Ensure all mystery shopping jobs, surveys and related projects have the fieldwork completed at the correct time during a wave
• Responsible for end to end process of proofreaders’ part time employment from recruitment to end of services
• Organise and carry out training sessions making sure that proofreaders will be able to meet the required standards when they go on board and continuously monitoring their performance, including meeting with them occasionally
• Communicate client feedback to proofreaders assigned to their projects
• Delegate workload among pool of proofreaders according to capacity and availability; and according to clients’ requirement
