* Manage quality assurance, quality control, mechanical labs. Chemical labs. & incoming inspection functions.
• Direct product testing activities throughout laboratories cycles.
• Monitor performance of quality systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate quality information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
• Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements expectations.
• Create and follow up implementation of inspection and testing criteria or procedures.
• Identify critical points in the service providing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
• Implementing execute internal audits system and making its periodical plans and following up the related corrective and preventive actions emerged from these internal audits and following up record and review the findings of these audits with respect to ISO 9001, ISO 14001and ISO18001.
• Dealing with non-conformity root causes and the related corrective and preventive actions and following up its root causes and solutions.
• Statistics analysis for Returned Product, Supplier Evaluation, Q.C checklist, Process performance
• Investigate and analyze Customer Complaints root cause and follow up the corrective action taken.
• Prepare Supplier Evaluation reports and perform periodical auditing & assessment.
• SAP quality business owner.
